A Little About Us!
Chef Brian has been a restaurant chef in Boston and Florida for the last fourteen years. He has worked for some amazing chefs along his journey, including Dean James Max, Jeremy Ford (Top Chef Season 13 winner), Barbara Lynch and more!
Pre-pandemic he was running the kitchen at Fat Hen, a small and sexy Italian inspired tasting menu restaurant in East Somerville. While he was there he earned a lot of notoriety in the city amongst the best chefs in Boston.
Fat Hen was included in the Boston Magazine’s 50 Best Restaurants, Open Tables Diners Choice, Boston Magazine’s 20 Best Italian Restaurants in Boston and Boston Magazine’s 15 Most Romantic Restaurant’s all in 2019. He also won 2 trophies at “Lamb Jam” a lamb cooking competition and was featured on WBZTV cooking his favorite mushrooms with friend and forager Tyler Akabane.
Once the Pandemic hit it crippled the tiny restaurant and after sticking it out a year and a half longer Chef Brian decided to change things up and joined a top notch private chef company before venturing on his own with Miller PCS.
Everyone deserves to have delicious weekly meals at the ready in their fridges, without having to spend hours in the kitchen, thats what we do! You save on time and get a fridge loaded with all the things you want to eat. We create weekly menus with YOU to make sure we follow any and all dietary restrictions or allergies. Then you leave it to us and we shop, cook and clean up when we’re done, kind of like a food fairy!
